Important information about your booking
At Hostelfly, we want your booking experience to be easy, clear, and secure. Below, you'll find our booking, payment, cancellation, and stay policies so you have all the information you need before confirming your accommodation.
Reservation guarantee
- Once availability has been confirmed, the reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card, indicating the number and expiry date in the booking process.
- To confirm your booking, Hostelfly will charge 10% of the total amount to the card provided. If the charge cannot be processed, the booking will not be confirmed and may be cancelled without prior notice.
- The credit card used must be in the name of the person who made the reservation. Otherwise, the reservation may be cancelled.
Non-refundable rates
- For certain bookings, Hostelfly offers a non-refundable rate. In these cases, 100% of the stay amount will be charged upon confirmation.
- Reservations with a non-refundable rate do not allow changes or cancellations with a refund of the amount paid.
Cancellation policy
- If the cancellation is made up to 72 hours before the arrival date, Hostelfly will fully refund the deposit charged to guarantee the booking.
- In case of cancellation outside the deadline or failure to show up at the accommodation, the charge corresponding to the first night will be applied.
- To cancel a reservation, you will need to contact reception directly by email.
Entry and exit times
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 am
Stay conditions
- Minimum age: only those over 18 years of age are admitted.
- Maximum age: up to 60 years
- Pets: No pets allowed
