PROMOTIONAL CODE

What is a promotional code and what is it used for?

With a discount code or a promotional code, you will get additional benefits beyond the basic rate conditions.

How do I use it?

If you already have a code, enter it in the Promotional Code field and start the booking process. If the booking meets the code's conditions, it will be automatically applied.

General terms of use:

  • A promotional code can only be applied to the accommodation and meal portion of your booking.
  • Any discount associated with your promotional code cannot be applied to the complementary product portion of the booking.
  • Only one promotional code can be applied to one booking.
  • Hostelfly reserves the right to apply or not apply a promotional code.
  • Apart from the general terms of use, each promotional code has specific conditions. These conditions can be viewed on the information page of the campaign or offer related to the code (for example, the code's expiration dates and the hotels to which the code can be applied).

HOSTELFLY MADRID AIRPORT

HOSTELFLY MADRID AIRPORT is open 24 hours a day. Access is self-service via your mobile device, using the electronic key you will receive after completing the mandatory online registration. This information will be sent to the email address provided when making your reservation.

Check-in: 2:00 PM

You can access your room from that time. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room, but access to the rooms will not be permitted before 2:00 PM.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

All your belongings must be removed from the room before that time. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, you can use the luggage room. Late check-outs may incur an additional night's charge.

Lighting and rest

  • The room lights turn on automatically at 8:00 AM and turn off at 11:00 PM.
  • Rest period: from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  • Please respect the rest of the other guests.

Common areas

  • The common area is available until 11:00 PM.
  • The terrace and pool are open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, subject to availability.
  • Children using the pool must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Room cards

  • If you have requested room cards, you can pick them up at reception.
  • In case of loss, a 3€ charge per card will be applied.

Minors and guardianship

  • Minors are not allowed. Exceptionally, they may only stay if the entire room is booked.
  • In the case of adults under legal guardianship, it will be mandatory for the guardian or legal representative to stay for the entire duration of the stay.

Room Rules

  • Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the rooms.
  • Please keep the room's spaces and hallways clean.
  • Use only your bed.
  • Staff will be able to remove belongings from empty beds.
  • Any change of bed must be communicated to the staff.
  • Changing beds or wardrobes without staff authorization is prohibited.

Luggage and storage

  • Use your locker to store your luggage and personal belongings.
  • If you need more space, you can use the luggage room.
  • The security lockers are located next to each bed inside the room.

Kitchen area

  • Clean the dishes after using them.
  • Store all food in a bag labeled with the room number, bed number, and check-out date.
  • Unidentified food items will be discarded.
  • The kitchen remains closed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Personal property

  • It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their belongings are protected at all times.
  • HOSTELFLY MADRID AIRPORT is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

Property damage

  • HOSTELFLY MADRID AIRPORT reserves the right to claim or charge for any damage caused by misuse or inappropriate behavior during your stay.

Prohibitions

  • Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces. Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.
  • People who are not staying at the hostel will not be allowed access to the rooms or use any facilities or equipment.
  • The maximum stay at the establishment is 7 days.

Cleaning and maintenance

  • The cleaning service is available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Daily cleaning is performed in all rooms.
  • Sheet changes are only done on the day of check-out.
  • Maintenance staff check the rooms daily.

Parking

  • If you need to park, the area is safe and parking is free.

General rules

All guests are expected to respect other guests, staff, local residents, and the facilities. HOSTELFLY MADRID AIRPORT reserves the right to refuse admission and/or expel guests without a refund in the event of a breach of the rules or behavior that disrupts the peace and quiet of the premises.

If you notice anything that is out of order, damaged, or if you need recommendations on places to eat, visit, or have any questions during your stay, you can contact our 24-hour reception.


HOSTELFLY FIRA BARCELONA

Check-in: 2:00 PM

You can access your room from that time. If you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage in the luggage storage (paid service). Access to rooms will not be permitted before 2:00 PM.

Check-out: 11:00 AM

All your belongings must be removed from the room before that time. If you need to store your luggage after check-out, you can use the luggage storage (fee applies). Late check-outs may incur an additional night's charge.

Lighting and rest

  • The room lights turn on automatically between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
  • Rest period: from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  • Please respect the rest of the other guests.

Common areas

  • The terrace is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • The pool is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Use of the pool is exclusively for guests and at their own risk.
  • Please respect the rules of hygiene and coexistence.

Exit procedure

  • Before you leave, you must return your access card and used bed linen to reception.

Personal property

  • Lockers are available for storing personal items.
  • It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their belongings are protected at all times.
  • HOSTELFLY FIRA BARCELONA is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of personal belongings.

Property damage

  • Any damage caused by misuse or inappropriate behavior must be paid for by the guest.

Prohibitions

  • People who are not staying at the hotel will not be allowed access to the rooms or use the facilities.
  • The maximum stay at the establishment is 7 days.
  • Each guest must make their own payment; third-party payments are not accepted.
  • Guests requiring assistance must be accompanied by their guardian, who must also be staying at the property.
